This appointment was cancelled 2 days before due to illness
someone called back from Royal Berks to discuss and was going to talk to the team who do Macular injections as to how to proceed with finding another slot as soon as possible. However, a standard letter arrived from the team yesterday addressed to the GP saying a review took place when it didn’t.

I was told by my optician to attend Eye Casualty at the RBH but was told because I had left it for a few weeks they couldn’t help me. It’s still an emergency.

Although I declined an actual face to face consultation because I felt that regarding my cancer diagnosis it was'nt needed the telephone conversation was clear and sympathetic

The entire team are fantastic so helpful knowledgeable understanding and polite
